22 Vanderbilt Private Offices is a 60,000-square-foot luxury, Class A multi-tenant office renovation located next to Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan. The project's objective was to create a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment for multiple companies, each with a unique character but sharing the DNA of the parent company across multiple floors.

Material palettes highlight the beauty of natural materials, while their application to architectural features creates striking visual contrasts and a seamless integration of architecture and decorative finishes. In partnership with the client, it was essential for tenants to feel a sense of ownership and customization in their offices. To achieve this, FOWLER developed a kit of parts for individual selection, including customized millwork, lighting, and furniture, fostering a newfound sense of ownership among the users and the office environment.
